# Product Designer

### About Real

Real is a sports app for fans who want access to real-time stats and community. We’re currently at 1.3M+ monthly active users and 900K+ daily active users , and growing fast. Up to now, product design has been driven by founding engineers working from a loose set of design principles. We’re looking to take this to the next level.

### The Role

This is our first-ever full-time design hire . You’ll own design end-to-end across the entire product surface, from a full UX revamp of the core app, to UI polish on every screen, to the redesign of our custom digital cards and the collecting experience that powers them. We move fast. Designs you ship will be in the product ASAP.

### What you’ll do

* Lead a full UX revamp of Real, end-to-end, from research through shipped product.
* Raise the UI bar across every screen, including game feeds, home screen, profiles, etc.
* Redesign our digital card assets and the collecting experience (packs, marketplace, showcases).
* Build and maintain our first real design system.
* Partner directly with engineering and product to ship continuously.
* Talk to users, look at data, and turn both into product decisions.

### What we’re looking for

* 4+ years designing consumer mobile products, ideally with a real-time or social component.
* A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking and highly polished UI.
* Comfort with illustration, asset design, or visual systems (cards, badges, collectibles a plus).
* Awareness of the tiny UX details that make an interface work.
* You ship. You’d rather see a design live and iterate on it than perfect it in a file.

### Why this role is rare

You’ll walk into a product with over one million people using it every week and a blank canvas to level up how it looks and feels. You will have complete ownership and a team that will quickly implement what you design.

### How to apply

Send your portfolio and a short note on why you’re interested in Real to <contact@real.vg>
