What are challenges?

Press the ⚔️ at the top of the home screen to access challenges for each sport on each game day. We have added statline challenges as a fun way to compete with your friends and the community to win player trophies that show in a trophy showcase on your profile.

How do they work?

Pick a specific player before the game starts and predict their statline based on three major stat categories, and then challenge other members. Profile stateline trophies are awarded to members that predict a statline 0 away (gold), 1 away (silver), and 2 away (bronze).

How does scoring work?

Your score depends on how far off your prediction is from the actual statline. Some stats are weighted differently when calculating your challenge statline score. Below is the breakdown of how stats are weighted for each sport:

Basketball (NBA/CBB)

Points = 1, Assists = 1, Rebounds = 1

American Football (NFL)

Offensive yards = 1 per 5 yards, Touchdowns = 2, Receptions = 1

Hockey (NHL)

Points = 2, Hits = 1, Blocked shots = 1

Example

You predict LeBron to put up 31 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. Then let’s say LeBron puts up 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists. You would then be awarded a LeBron bronze trophy because you are 2 away from the actual statline (31-30) + (10-10) + (10-9) = 2.

When do they process?

The results of the challenges and trophies process 1 hour after the end of the game. This gives time for any box score stat adjustments to be made (for example, rebound corrections in NBA or assist corrections in NHL).
